New for 2007 this two-day class teaches students the skills necessary to successfully hunt large and small game with the handgun.

Topics covered will be: Caliber’s legal for large game animals, equipment selection. Sight alignment, trigger management, shooting techniques, positions and rests for the field. Shot placement, long range shooting with and without optics. Class will include a field and wooded area hunt for various types of animal targets.

This challenging class will require 400 rounds of ammunition. Shooters choosing to use larger caliber handguns (41 magnum & up) should bring predominantly light loads that can be comfortably handled or have an additional smaller caliber handgun.
